I am looking for a position German-Russian-English teacher or tutor where I may use my experience and my living and working skills in working with other people, in multicultural environments, communication with adults, teens, children, teamwork, planning, organization. I have experience working in a kindergarten, after the pedagogical institute I worked as a teacher in the kindergarten.

I use some ideas in my work for upgrading my students' linguistic abilities. There are some things that I should pay attention to, because some students are very optimistic, others are neutral or feared «catastrophic» implications in meeting the communicative challenges. In the future I will use ideas for focusing on, consolidation and recycling in questions of motivating learners.

I have been participating in the different professional training projects.
